Bu gibi durumlarda \u00f6ncelikle kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n internet ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etmelerini \u00f6neriyoruz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc %1 den d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oran\u0131nda ya\u015fanan bu sorunlar\u0131n sebebi, genellikle kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kendi ba\u011flant\u0131 kalitesinden kaynaklan\u0131yor. \u0130nternet h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n 5-10 mbps den daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmamas\u0131 gerekiyor, tabiki stabil ve sorunsuz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 da laz\u0131m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google Meet de toplant\u0131ya\/derse ba\u011fland\u0131ktan sonra, belirsiz bir s\u00fcre sonra mikrofon veya webcam de g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131ya gitmiyorsa; <br><strong>\u00f6ncelikle \u015fu i\u015flemleri yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zdan emin olmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z; <br><\/strong>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.speedtest.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Speedtest.net<\/a> de download min 5-6 mbps veya \u00fcst\u00fc, upload en az 2 mbps veya \u00fcst\u00fc oldu\u011fundan emin olmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z<br>2. G\u00fcncel bir Chrome g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleyici kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zdan emin olmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z, Chrome &#8216;da sadece bir kurumsal (\u00f6rn. @istek.k12.tr ) hesab\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan emin olmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. E\u011fer birden fazla hesap kullan\u0131yorsan\u0131z, di\u011fer hesaplar\u0131 Chrome dan kald\u0131rmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ne kadar hesaplar aras\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnseniz de, bu konuda genelde kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n atlad\u0131klar\u0131 bir detay olabiliyor, @istek.k12.tr yerine farkl\u0131 bir hesapla i\u015flem yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<br>3. Chrome da b\u00fct\u00fcn eklentilerinizi (extension) kald\u0131rmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z, sonra tekrar denemelisiniz. \u00d6zellikle gereksiz eklentiler bilgisayar\u0131n\u0131zda G.Meet in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyebiliyor.<br>4. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/test.webrtc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/test.webrtc.org\/<\/a>\u00a0sitesi \u00fczerinden , cihaz\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n kamera ve ses kalitesinin testinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekli, e\u011fer bu sitede kamera ve mikrofonunuz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131yorsa donan\u0131msal ayarlar\u0131n\u0131 IT ye kontrol ettirmelisiniz.<br>5.
